A group of men who meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 who are the leaders / rulers of the congregation with Jesus as their only ruler and leader. The bible speaks of no office or ruling authorities other than Christ and the Elders. (Elder, Pastors, Shepherds, Overseers and Bishops are all the same in the Bible. Pastor in denominations has been perverted to a non-bible job.)
