- Affected Teaching
- Here is one of the
verses which make a distinction between the holy angels of
God and the evil angels who followed Satan. The passage
teaches that when the Lord Jesus Christ returns to earth, He
is going to come with the holy angels from Heaven. When the
minority text versions remove the word “holy” it removes the
distinction as to which angels will be accompanying the Lord
Jesus Christ on His return. It seems the minority text
versions want to amalgamate all the angels, both holy and
evil, into one crowd.
