Introduction: 
        1.    Some great institutions in this world. 
        2.    None greater than the church. 
        3.    No substitute for it. 
        4.    It is IN world but not OF the world. 

I.    IT IS GREATEST INSTITUTION BECAUSE: 
        1.    It is divine. Matt. 16:18 
        2.    It cost so much. Acts 20:28 
        3.    Salvation in it. Acts 4:11,12 
        4.    Saved are in it. Acts 2:47 
        5.    Body of Christ. Col. 1:18 
        6.    Bride of Christ. Eph. 5:25-27 
        7.    Wears Name of Christ. Rom. 16:16 
        8.    A Kingdom that will stand. Heb. 12:28 
        9.    Lord will present to Himself. Eph. 5:27 
       10.    Will receive a home in Heaven. John 14:1-S

  II.    WE SHOULD RESPECT IT AS GREATEST INSTITUTION. 
        1.    By not joining worldly organizations. 
        2.    By living holy lives in the church. 
        3.    Spreading its glories so others might know. 
        4.    Support it liberally so it can grow.
